orientation of 3d printing model

This is a 3d printed helmet model that I printed recently and the total time taken by this model was 2-days,9-hours.
But before orientation the Printing  time of this  model  was 4-days,13-hours.
So orientation is a terminology of 3d Printing that decides not only printing time but also many other factors which I am going to discuss below-
What is Orientation ?
When we have 3d model and want to print it with 3d printer then first step is to rotate this model so that it can print successfully if you don't rotate it correctly then Printing chance reduces and your model can crash any time while printing so rotation of any 3d model to Print successfully is called orientation-
Orientation = Rotation
                      -Time saving -
Correct orientation saves your lot of printing time as I exampled above helmet model I saved 2-days(48 hours).
                      -Bed Adhesion-
Perfect orientation improves success of your printing model otherwise you model can get  fail during printing.
                     - Saves Material-
If your orientation is correct then you will save your printing material and thus money because if orientation is not correct then you will need more support and support takes more material  soless support means less material needed.
